New Haven (WTNH) - In the traditional corporate management structure, there's the boss, middle managers, and workers.

However, author Trond Arne Undheim says that is all changing: the internet age is giving rise to a new management model - one of Leadership from Below.

That's the title of Undheim's new book, which is useful for all managers - but especially the growing group of "de facto" managers - who will take away usable leadership skills.

About the author:

Trond Arne Undheim is a leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and academic; he speaks six languages, has co-founded a think tank and a consulting firm, and has a Ph.D. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
